This policy explains how we process data sent through the contact form on maandrik.com.
Data we collect
Name, email address, company when provided, subject and message. The server also records minimal technical information, such as the IP address, to limit form abuse.
How we use it
Solely to receive, assess and reply to the enquiry. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising or subscribe the sender to marketing lists.
Retention
The message is kept in Maandrik’s mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. Enquiries that are no longer active are deleted when they are no longer required.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing geral@maandrik.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may contact the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
Cookies and measurement
This website does not install advertising cookies or integrate external analytics platforms. If this changes, this policy will be updated before activation.
